Jaisalmer: The Indian Army’s Bogra Brigade displayed its formidable firepower and advanced combat capabilities during a special military exercise titled “Thunder with Precision” in the desert terrain of western Rajasthan. The exercise highlighted accurate targeting, swift response, and strong coordination among the gunners.
As part of this intensive training operation, soldiers enhanced their combat skills through focused drills and field firing. The primary objective was to strengthen rapid decision-making abilities in line with evolving battlefield scenarios.
Modern drone technology played a key role during the exercise, enabling real-time surveillance and precise target identification. Gunners tested the effectiveness of artillery in complex conditions and successfully hit targets at varying distances with high accuracy.
Advanced systems were also used for fire adjustment, significantly improving precision and operational efficiency. Additionally, the reliability of weapons and fire control systems was thoroughly evaluated during the drills.
The exercise was conducted in the presence of senior military officials and concluded successfully. A special validation for “flawless firepower delivery” was also carried out to ensure readiness in real combat situations.
The drill assessed the soldiers’ preparedness, discipline, and coordination. According to the Army, such regular training exercises are crucial for continuously enhancing operational capability.
