Jaipur : The Income Tax Department’s survey at three restaurants in Jaipur and one in Ajmer continued on Monday, the second day of the operation.
On Sunday afternoon, the survey began at Rosado Bar & Restaurant on Gandhi Path, Jaipur; Kebabs & Curries in Raja Park; and The Park Palace on Ajmer Road.
Meanwhile, action is also being carried out at Mango Masala Restaurant near Swami Complex Chowraha in Ajmer.
Income Tax Department teams are questioning management and staff while scrutinizing documents. The department suspects large-scale tax evasion.
